At Superlative Formulas™, we strive to provide high-quality herbal extracts and supplements. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Products must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and herbal extracts, we do not accept returns on opened products for safety and quality control reasons.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-day window at:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Any relevant photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions upon approval.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item was damaged upon arrival

    • The wrong item was received

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Superlative Formulas™ within 7 days of delivery.

We may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

Proof (such as photos) may be required.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Products not in original condition

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
